Avignon - Orange - Chateau de Massillan (10 points)

Hi, I would like to know if anyone has lived in a hotel named "Chateau de Massillan" ~ we want to book this hotel, but is concerned as to the transportation (to & from Avignon and to the Marseilles airport) ... i was told taxi costs EURO 90 from Avignon TGV to the hotel !!!!!! any other way... 顯示更多 Hi, I would like to know if anyone has lived in a hotel named "Chateau de Massillan" ~ we want to book this hotel, but is concerned as to the transportation (to & from Avignon and to the Marseilles airport) ... i was told taxi costs EURO 90 from Avignon TGV to the hotel !!!!!! any other way (apart from driving) that i can go to that place or a town close?? by the way, anyone knows if this place is close to any traveller's spot / lavender or sunflower fields? don't know where is yr hotel's exact location, but there has a bus from Avignon station (which close to the Old city) to Avignon TVG station, it only takes 5 minutes time, and around Euro1-2 (i forgot the price), Euro 90, so expensive........ is it far away from the avignon city? if you want to go lavender field or sunflower field, u may join the local tour, or drive by yr own, no pubic transportaton to go. I have joined a one day tour to the lavender route last year, the driver will come to my hotel for picking me up, i've reserved by email, let see the website below:

But I find in the map...Avignon is far away and Orange is little near the hotel. Why don't you e-mail to them to ask the hotel location information and could they bring you to the hotel from Avignon TGV station. Some hotel have a car and free of charge to take you there. The hotel looks very beautiful from the website. I think the hotel price will not be cheap. Just try to ask them if they can bring you to the hotel from the station.
